I had a sour deal with George. He did make it right. But it seems his habits haven't changed. With me there was some tragic accident that put him in the hospital so I forgave him and did not go public. Plus he made it right.
It took almost four months to find resolution. I had to go thru the paypal mediation/arbitration whatever it is thingy. He finally refunded the dough. No rocks.
I hope you paid with paypal.
Sorry guys. Perhaps I should have gone public anyways.

I regret that so much time has elapsed. But we have changed things. Everything is going very slowly. Scott, you receive 1 kg Agate sample before and arrived, and I think I have a gift I sent you also received. Of course, free......Or maybe it was not so? Scott, this why did not you shared it? Only negative? And Donnie bought from me, and he got item. There was no problem A lot of people bought, and everyone was happy. George I did comment on the nice things you did. I posted images about them.
In fact I also forgave you for taking so long to refund my money four months after you told me the goods had shipped, but they had not.
Take care of these people and they will do the same.

I just want to say that although it did take a while to get my order from George due to some shipping problems I did get my order, he made up for it, even though it wasn't his fault & I was very pleased with what I got from him. Sometimes shipping to & from other countries is not the best. I hear complaints about the US postal service all the time but compared to some of the issues to be dealt with internationally our service is pretty darn good.

Oh & I want to mention that 6 months ago I sent a package to a lady in Finland & we both figured it was lost. It showed up a couple of weeks ago by way of French Polynesia!!!!!

I sent a package to Australia about eight years ago,the guy thought I ripped him off,finally after a year to the day,Customs called him up and said they had his package for four months on hold!!!!
After picked it up and he made it right with me...
I never would do any out of country buys again...Not even Canada and (or) Mexico!
Our USPS is so much better than other countries!!!

Sometimes it just pays to use a global shipper like Fed Ex or UPS rather than the various national mail services.

George used DHL for the box he did send me. NOT mail. The larger box was supposed to come UPS. EMS from China comes buy USPS and cannot be beat for orders from that country. GeorgeStoneStore all we need is for you to make it right with these folks. We can all still be friends. You did it for me, please do it for them too. |
