I just ordered a complete set of new 6" Galaxy and Nova wheels for my Kingsley cab machine. This is the machine that I have: www.kingsleynorth.com/skshop/product.php?id=95532&catID=1059I lost the owners manual and never changed wheels before. Does anyone know how to do this? Also would I need some sort of bushing for the new wheels. I had the Nova wheels put on before they shipped the cab machine when I first purchased it a few years ago. Thanks Stu

when the end screw is removes, the wheels and spacers just pull off. you will need the plastic bushings if the wheel hole is larger than the shaft. if you can't reuse ones you have, telescoping bushings are pretty common form lapidary and diamond wheel suppliers.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I am glad that I don't have to take the whole thing apart I guess I would just do the same procedure on both the right and left side of the machine. I think the shaft is 3/4" on my machine and I think the hole in the wheels is 1" so I will have to order some bushing in case the existing ones can't be reused. I know this is a dumb question but when I order bushings, what size should I order if the shaft on my machine is 3/4"? Thanks Stu

You can order the bushings from Diamond Pacific and each bushing set comes with all the sizes. I think they are $2 each. It will probably cost more for shipping than for bushings. You should be able to reuse your bushings though.

One quick note about the bushings. Make sure they run the entire width of the wheel hub on the shaft. Use 2 side by side if necessary. Using only one that's too small and trying to center it in the wheel hub guarantees a visit to wobble city.

Stu, don't forget that the left end has left hand threads.
