I ran both slab saws non stop this weekend and for a few hours last night too. I cut some nice pudding stone too but figured I had posted enough pictures of that stuff lately so here's some newer materials. graveyard plume agate unknown white banded agate nodule Pipeline canyon agate jade wannabe? Hickoryite another graveyard Lake Huron from Drummond Island a couple weeks ago outside of rock and slabs And this was an estate sale rock. not much lapidary value but its the kind of stuff kids like at the shows. Thanks for putting up with all the pictures! Chuck

That Lake Huron rock is pretty cool. It really changed from one slab to another.

That Lake Huron rock is pretty cool. It really changed from one slab to another. All those cool exotic materials and you like the Lake Huron beach rock. go figure, lol. I might not even cab those ones. Those are the kind of slabs that are almost better as a whole then cut up. might be a cool set of Michigan coasters though. Chuck

I actually like the hickoryite the best, but I thought the rock you picked up was interesting. I think I have a soft spot for Michigan rocks.

Graveyard has always been one of my favorites but the Hickoryite slabs are awesome.

They are all really cool, but I have to say the Michigan's Lake Huron one took my heart. How do you classify that? it just has almost everything going on in it. I love the conglomerate/brecchia/tillite/transitional pegmatite stuff I find here. fascinating!
