I never ate a snapper, but the soft shell turtles definitely have different flavors. Not sure about 7 of them though.

Caught many a big snapper on trotlines and don't like to mess with 'em! Can you imagine those guys who noodle catfish sticking their hands back in an underwater hole and grabbing one of there guys?!?!?!? (freaked)

It's time to remove the warning labels from things and let stupidity work itself out of the gene pool!

Not a pleasant animal to butcher. easier if they are big.
