I wanted to try doing a groove wrap, but I first have to become groovy. So in order to get into the groove I need to get a groove making machine. I was thinking about one of thoe Gryphon machines with a groove bit. Would that be the way to go? What other type of machines do you other groovy groove making people use to make your grooves in your cabs? Stu

the other way to do a groove, a little... make that a fair bit more involved... is to use a foredom with a diamond cutting wheel or a dremel. clamp it down and use it to cut the groove then turn it over and cut the other half of the groove. at the rock club I belong to they use a block of wood with a hole in it and a slot cut into it with a thumb screw that you tighten to position the foredom tool to the position that is needed. it's not difficult, but has a broader learning curve than using the gryphon machine or the swap top. Good Luck with it!!
