Wondering if anybody has experience with the Eloxite branded tumblers. I have an opportunity to get a 15lb tumbler and was just looking to see what anybody's thoughts are on them.

I went and looked up the tumbler, here it looks to be a Thumlers tumbler, which if true, is a great price for it. they run 250.00 w/the Thumlers name on it.

Based on Mario's link, that is a Thumler Model-B. The yellow logo beneath the motor and power chord gives it away.
I have run mine 24/7 for the last three years. The only thing I have done for maintenance is replace the drive shaft O-ring yearly for about $3.
What I like about the Thumler is the motor has a thermal shut-off if there is ever a jam.
What I don't like about the Model-B is the barrel weighs so much when loaded, you can bend the drive shaft and/or idler shaft if you "clunk" the barrel down. That costs a little more to replace.
Shipping will be a factor as the unit is large and heavy.
Darryl.

Picked it up. Made a deal at $150. Came with enough grit for one run and 4 bags of plastic pellets. Thanks for the info. on Exolite. And…it was in the Thumlers box and paint scheme. Not bad.

Based on my reviews that's the tumbler I went with and am currently using. So far I like it a lot!! That's a smoking deal too, especially with the grit and pellets.
