Flattened the back side a bit so it lays flat.

Didn't think I'd have time to get another done this weekend, but I did. Thought the copper wire complimented the stone well.

Nice job on a difficult stone to wrap! I think it would be easier to view if you downsized the image some. I have to do a lot scrolling to see the image.

Ooops! I see we posted at the same time. I like that copper piece! Nice weaving, too.

Thanks for letting me know, I'll check the image settings on the site I use, pretty sure I saw a resize option. Thanks also on the compliment, working on weaving longer pieces...they always seem to taper. I'm really happy with this copper one tho. Practice makes perfect right

Very nice, the copper compliments the stone well. I saw a tip online about keeping the wires straight, tape the ends, close to where your weave will start, and as you weave, add new tape as your weave grows, every round or two so that it doesn't start to taper. You can also put something between your wire like a knitting needle, to keep your wires apart.

Thanks everyone I tried putting something between my wires to prevent slipping but it slipped alot and made me fumble (?) Idk felt awkward. I'll try tape. Thx
