This was from my second batch, first was unsuccessful and I'm reworking it now. I wanted to see if I could post a picture

Nice results! What are they? Certainly unlike any rocks I find locally.

Not really sure what they are. I bought some rough and this is a couple pieces from it. This is a pyramid rock collage I made using a two part epoxy resin.

Whoa, that pyramid is awesome! Is that something you sell, or is it just a fun project for yourself?

I've been buying the resin molds off ebay and the two part epoxy resin from Michael's whenever they have a 40% off coupon or more. A quart costs about $35 without a coupon. The resin is called Envirotex Lite. Don't get the Polyester resin, it has some stinky stuff in that that would give you a headache. When I first started making these pieces last year I followed the instructions and it turned out ok but I made some modifications to the process and it works better for me. If you want to try it I'd be happy to walk you through it. I don't sell these but would be willing to trade some for smaller rocks, slabs or cabs so I can make more. I posted more pictures in the Buy, Sell and Swap section here explaining what I want and what I have to trade. The other thread shows what the pyramid looks like from the bottom.
