I had this cab listed on Etsy and a lady asked if I could wrap it in sterling for her. I know it is not a perfect heart but there is a heart shaped jasper that makes this one pretty cool. Sorry about the crappy photo but the wrap has not been tumbled yet and my teen daughter took my good camera on her class trip to France this week. I was happy with the swirl on this one and the stone was plain in that area so it worked out well Thanks for looking Chuck

No heart is perfect, but this one is close. A very nice job . Now I read a lot of times that some tumble the wrap after it is done. Can you explain that a bit more. Wont it get the wires all twisted ? are you doing them one at a time. I have noticed that a few of my older wraps are tarnishing now, is this why?

No heart is perfect, but this one is close. A very nice job . Now I read a lot of times that some tumble the wrap after it is done. Can you explain that a bit more. Wont it get the wires all twisted ? are you doing them one at a time. I have noticed that a few of my older wraps are tarnishing now, is this why? I tumble up to three at a time in a 3 pound tumbler with one pound of jewelers mix stainless steel shot. I add water just over the top of the shot and pendants then a few drops of dawn dish soap. The object is to harden the wire and burnish/clean the wire. My wraps never really have any wires or swirls that would catch on each other but if your wraps are more frilly with wires not secure then I would do one at a time. So far I have never had any stones or wraps damaged in the tumble process. I only tumble for a couple of hours. Also you can get anti tarnish strips and store your pendants in a 2"x3" ziplock bag with a strip in it to help reduce tarnish. I think Rio Grande even sells anti tarish bags now too. Hope this helps a little. Chuck

Dang Chuck! That spiral is 3 shades of perfect! Sweet. And so is the heart.
