I will ask this man. We argue about ID all the time. He said this was a Greater Left Handed Turn, I said it was a Right Handed Turn. He should answer me soon. He was a client that was a master of tropical plants.

I'm just about cross-eyed looking at hundreds and hundreds of plants trying to figure this one out.This is one I haven't seen in years of looking at all types.I give up!! snuffy

Looks like something Dr. Seuss would have dreamed up. I looked, too, but could not even get close. Simple leaf, palmate, deeply incised lobes, alternately arranged... A real stumper. Hmmm, will have to wait for word from James' friend.

Thanks for the effort. I guess it will remain a mystery as I have no earthly idea and can't find anything that even resembles it on the internet. I'm sure there is info somewhere, but without some kind of clue for a search word it hopeless
