Talk about a place that will turn you into a Lake Superior agate addict, a trip around that event will do it. We were through there in May and Moose Lake Museum displays stimulated continuing the trip further north to the North Shore of Lake Superior. Alas no real keepers brought home. Enjoy. Tom

These agates are mis-named, Lake Superior Agate, more properly should be called: the Inaccessible Gravel Pit Agate. But this show will even make me optimistic about finding a grapefruit sized one some day.
