I found this today: northidahomineralclub.com/?q=node/663Although jaspers can be found across much of the continent, the most sought after materials are found in Mexico and the western United States, most notably eastern Oregon and southwestern Idaho. Some beautiful brecciated jaspers are found in Wyoming and California. Stefonite, from Wyoming, is a light brown or tan brecciated jasper with the fractures healed by blue agate. It cuts spectacular cabochons. Stone Canyon Jasper, found in northern California, has a base material that can be brownish yellow, red, maroon, or black. The cementing material is usually white. Stone Canyon is not overly hard and takes a glossy polish. A brilliantly red brecciated jasper is also found in northern California. This material nearly glows when wet, but when polished it takes a dull matte finish.Your material is brecciated and I can't tell the agate color. It would be great if you could post the other color combinations. You've got the right state. Maybe you have a new find and can name if after yourself. There is a seller on ebay who sold something that looks similar to what you posted. He called it stefoinite but who knows. www.ebay.com/itm/Mw-STEFONITE-Brecciated-Jasper-Agate-Rough-Slab-Rough-Wyoming-/331214626043One of my favorite other brecciated jaspers from Wyoming is Youngite.

Like Daniel says, it sure has the Bertrandite ( Tiffany) look but without the purple from beryllium. Definitely some kind of quartz/agate/opal type breccia. Neat stuff whatever it is. Kind of reminds me of the breccias found out at Hector Hills in Commiefornia. It too tends to be in pastels and black and white mixes..Mel

My first thought was Tiffany, too. Especially with what looks like a little bit of peachy pink. It's very pretty.
