I got a couple pieces of bruneau on ebay. The largest piece (about 1 pound)will require a lot of study when cutting. I believe it is a good piece of bruneau. I don't cut bruneau on my trim saw, too hard on the blades. I need to get my slab saw set up. The first picture is the face. I think I can take one slice off the face and then see where I'm at. Then I think I will take one slice off this side: I'm not sure about this side. I'm thinking of grinding away some of the matrix on the side 90 degrees to the right to wee what pattern shows up. Bruneau requires getting the orientation of the cuts correct. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I ground off the matrix on the side and got this: I can get one 1/4" plus slab off of the side. The pattern might be better suited to a slab than a cab because of it's size.
