Dang Tommy! Those are fabulous! The 3rd picture really shows it off, I think. They are all awesome and so are the pictures. They are hard to photograph, too.

Tommy's photo studio is the size of a box of twinkies. May be the cause of his success.
No kidding, I saw it!!

Tommy's photo studio is the size of a box of twinkies. May be the cause of his success. No kidding, I saw it!! I've been meaning to follow up and say that we thoroughly enjoyed the visit and chance to have lunch with you and your daughter. Yes I will admit that it was kind of fun pulling back the veil a little bit and showing off the inner workings of a madman haha. The photos are getting a little better - or maybe I should say more consistent ... I'm getting a system down so my photos are becoming more stable. I still don't understand why I can take two photos in a row in the exact same light environment and one shows "cool" or blue-gray background and the very next one shows "warm" red-gray background. I do still miss my old cell phone too - it took better pictures than this one.

We had a great time too. Kidlet loves her pendant and earrings. Maybe now she will get her ears pierced! lol The inconsistency may be do, simply, to your unwillingness to get a real camera! Cell phones while mostly good cameras, are fickle at best. Here is one from mine. Hobo the wonderdog and his inner soul, lol

[I still don't understand why I can take two photos in a row in the exact same light environment and one shows "cool" or blue-gray background and the very next one shows "warm" red-gray background. That's something I've wondered about often. I've set my camera to make 3 exposures of each shot, one toward the red, one in what the camera sensor "thinks" is correct, and another toward the blue. Yet when I'm editing images made in the exact same lighting (daylight usually) there's still a lot of variation. Weird! I think your images are very good and the marcasite cabs are great. My experience with the stuff is about the same as yours: very low yield but when the cabs are good, they can be very good. You and Bobby may have inspired me to show off some of my marcasites in another thread.
