Four large commercial lapidary tumblers. All were made in the U.S. by the TUMB-L-MATIC company, in Stamford Conn. More equipment listed below, please email for additional pictures and information.
Two 36 gallon capacity non variable speed three tub chambered barrel with a 12 gallon cap. per tub. Both have U.S. Electrical 3/4 HP Syncrogear motors - 220/440 volts three phase each. Magnetic Allen Bradley motor starters with overload protection. Overall dimensions 56" L x 43" W x 60" H. The outside dimensions of the rotary drums are 36" L x 23" W. Each individual tub measures 9-3/4" W x 21" D. Drum rotation of 15 revolutions per min. $1300 each
One 27 gallon single tub TUMB-L-MATIC variable speed tumbler. 1/2 HP U.S. Electrical Varidrive motor. 220/440 volts three phase input. Final drum speed of 15 - 150 rpms depending on the position of the speed selector. Magnetic Allen Bradley motor starter with overload protection. Overall dimensions 61" L x 38" W x 44" H. The outside dimensions of the rotary drum are 23-1/2" L x 22-1/2" W. The drum chamber is lined in hard maple wood for the fine polishing of small jewelry items. $1200

Three Shore International 6" Jewelry grinding buffing polishing stations. 3/4 HP 2850 rpm 220 volt three phase Whirlwind electric motors with magnetic motor starters with overload protection. Features interchangeable spindles, glass safety shield, rear dust port, workpiece illumination lamp. Each machine includes three different motor spindles. One flanged spindle, one insert spindle, and one threaded tapered spindle for buffing pads. Unpainted though factory metal cabinet measures 30" L x 18" W x 21" H. I have three identical units. Made in the U.S.A. by IShore. $275 each
Two JOHANN DURRHAMMER / METU model # TP 9H dual polishing buffing station with a three stage internal dust collection system for precious metal removal. The model TP 9H is an very well built precision polishing / buffing station designed for the jewelery industry and built in Pforzheim Germany. It features dual independent buffing / polishing motors. Each motor is controlled by a seperate on / off switch so each side of the station can be controlled independently. Each motor is .88 Hp each, consuming 3.9 Amps at 220 volts three phase, at 2800 RPM's. The first stage of the dust collection system is comprised of two steel baffles running down each side of the lower main cabinet. As dust particulate is drawn down along each baffle the heavier precious metals fall into the lower catch pan sitting on the floor of the cabinet. The second stage coarse filter is comprised of 16 aluminum perforated washable filters. The filters are arranged eight per side in four pairs of two with an inner and an outer filter, each with each set of holes slightly offset from the next . These filters sit within an easily accessed pull out enclosure / box. The box can be easily removed and opened to wash out or clean each filter to extract the metals its trapped. The last stage is a fine fabric medium filter for fine dust removal. The rear of the cabinet can be opened from both the back and top to access both the motor and filter. Both main buffing motors run very smoothly both shafts running true. The at the end of each shaft is a replaceable arbor / extension that can be changed out to accept different arbor sizes. New arbors are available online. The dust collection motor runs very smoothly and quitely with high CFM drawn. Johann Durrhammer is still in buisness. $1250 each
Malone Machine Co. Jewelers precision drill press. Small power feed unit off to the left side of the drill press is run off the main pulley. The power feed can easily be disengaged so that it can run manually. 1/4" Jacobs chuck, 3-1/2" throat. Great working condition. $185.
Dumore automatic drill press with model 20-011 automatic drilling head. 115 volts single phase. Adjustable cycle on and cycle off delay. Currently set up for air cooling / chip particle removal at the bit very near to the drilling surface. The set up can easily be change to allow for fluid cooling / clearing with the addition of a small pump running off the existing solinoid that controls the air the the bit. Solid cast table with two coolant drains. The dumore 20-011 head is a pecking style head and will advance into the workpiece slowly as set by the cycle controls slowly advancing then clearing, then further advancing in multiple passes until the desired depth has been reached. The chip and dust is cleared out on the retracting cycle. $1350
Dumore dual Automatic Horizontal drill press. Twin Dumore 20-011 opposed heads, each with in out sideways adjustment. Adjustable cycle on and cycle off delay, air cooling / chip particle removal at the bit very near to the drilling surface. $1000
