I went to the Parrsborro (NS) Rock & Gem Show this weekend. One of the vendors had a flat of specimens from the Maharashtra district of India. The flat weighed 7.5 lbs and contained specimens in the 2” to 4” and up to 5” sizes. The flat was $40, so that works out to $3.33 per specimen.

Of course I had to buy it and the specimens look great on my display shelf. Here goes …
