OK I'm in! wait... I should ask the wife I think. There are things she can do that are worse than any purple-nurple.
Seriously though I've been wanting to go down there. It's a real possibility... are there specific dates or someone able and willing to organize an RTH event?

It looks like I am out for this trip. I tore my meniscus two weeks ago then "dislocated" some ribs last week. I am a bit of a mess right now. Thankfully, I only hurt when I walk..or breathe lol
Hate having to miss the trip. West Texas is a fun place to hunt agate.
Thanks for setting it up Dave!

Well folks I want to send out a sincere thank you for no one showing up this weekend.it made for some spectacular finds.nothing like scouring virgin ground for agates.this location is not for the weak at heart.the ground is littered with agates.found some extremely nice specimens, bouquet agates, water level, brecciated opal, slabs of druzzy coated chalcedony plates(for lack of better term).not to mention the plethera of wildlife and fresh air.every rock hound needs this place on there bucket list. I Will try and post pics tonight.unfortunately it's back to the grindstone.pumping 6-7 cement trucks into one driveway on a 25 degree slope.no fun in that Dave
