Well bad review... I paid $50 for him to send me some nice rough or slabs that were colorful cab worthy... This is what i got... for $50.... Not what i asked for... or what i was shown in the photo of stuff he was chosing from... and he knows what cab worthy stuff is as he himself is a cabber.. I was expecting quality not quantity also for the most part.
Currently working on getting my money back through paypal. This guy was supposed to be good and gave others great deals
My note to all other sellers.... just because you cut it doesnt mean that makes it worth a lot more if it is junk to begin with.

Can see why you are disappointed especially since you mentioned you specified to him that you wanted colorful materials to cab and paid 50 bucks for the goods, glennz01. Looks like there's some endcuts, 'scraps,' thunderegg and geode halves? What's his FB page? The thundereggs would make nice cabs. |

His page is: PageI guess you cant see well but the thundereggs accept for the one i liked have very little exposed agate in them... and its mostly black / white / brown. not colorful.. If the resolve doesnt go through and you want all the stuff that i don't show at first that i would keep let me know... I have lots of clear agate i am slowly cutting up myself if you want that too.. same price + shipping |

Well the seller says he will fully re-embuse me... but it has been a long while since he said that... he did say i could keep the 4 lbs or so that i liked out of the stuff.. i would be paying return shipping though so its a little bit of a loss poundage wise but not much.
Real question is will he hold to his word or will i have to let paypal take over.... (I'm presuming if paypal takes over everything will be sent back reguardless to what he said back i'd rather take a small loss than a large one).

For $50, that looks pretty good. Maybe you just aren't experienced enough yet in lapidary to realize it, or maybe you';re expecting too much. doesn't look like you got a raw deal at all.

I'm presuming your refuring to the vid not the bucket of stuff i was supposed to get?
well if that is why does Crazy lace #3 sell $25 for 10 lbs, I'd rather have $50 of that, (will be getting least 10 lbs along with other stuff within a few weeks hopefully)

I usually tell them what I want to the T and get photos and verbal agreements before I seal the deal...I'm picky and they know it..LOL
That's why I only deal with a handful of sellers...

yep basically.. i got a few pieces from that bucket but what i got was what is shown in the video... mostly black or dark stuff... or just solid white.
If i got what i was supposed to get (which is what was in the photo of the bucket) i would not have had any problems. Before he shown me the bucket photo i asked for colorful cab worthy stuff... the bucket is what he shown me and what he would pack... which is not what i did get clearly. As i said in the video my camera picks up colors more vibrant than what they actually get.. and it adds in a few pinks to everyting for some reason.
