Completely jealous bud !!! Them are wicked woodies Iv been wanting something that size for a long time , sad part is iv found some a few years back but would take a full day of being lost to remember where . Then im still stuck with the problem of how do I get it out of the ground and into the truck Seeing these picks just gave me the itch to go scout ... Thanks for the great show

ya thanks got 3 logs in the yard to need to get these slabbed up and on the grind this oak polishes up like a mirror

roy That is truly awesome. I remember a giant long log you left out there some time ago. Is this it? I have a local business with a self built 48" slab saw for 18-20" logs. Do you have a drag saw now? How are you slabbing giant oaks?

working on getting a drag saw now i have 9 more years till retirment then i will be cutting full time i have three large logs of oak and many other smaller ones also have a 36" flatlap that make a slab dead flat in about 20mins !

Now thats a nice size chunk of Oak...what are you guessing the weight to be.. one is around 400 and the other 800 pounds
