nice. good proportions and geometry. wrap fits with plumes. like the tall loops on bail. might like side tabs about 2mm higher.

I agree with you on the placement of the side loops - when I was wrapping it I was thinking symmetry and keeping them centered top to bottom but to the eye I think it would look better if they were offset towards the top - sitting in the white area and not bumping into the blue central focus feature. |

Are you using half hard wire then burnishing after?

Chuck Thanks Chuck! exactly what you just said but I try to do a nice downward twisting motion that gives the wire a memory to press down on the stone. The burnishing is more about flattening the wire in the loop all to the same height and reducing snag points. |

This is beautiful- from the stone, to the wrap to the silver with this- it's all perfect.  I agree that the middle prongs could be a little higher, but that's splitting hairs with something so nice. |
