The proper name for those is a Variable Sheave. They can be gotten in many sizes & shaft sizes. I always keep a supply on hand for future projects. They're expensive, but by shopping around can be found at a fairly reasonable cost.

Don the one I sent you cost me $2.00 You owe me a slab for that James I picked up those adjustable sleeve pullies at Apache Reclamation he had a bunched of them there is thread I started about it at least 5 years ago I use it on my Lortone does yours a o-ring in it?

That's OK Ed. I appreciated you sending me the sheave. Between me being down sick for several months, my wife being hospitalized right after I started getting back on my feet, and now my mother in law starting to go off the deep end, I sort of forgot about my friends.

With those adjustable sheaves got to make sure the set screw is good and tight, had one on the saw motor for my 14, and once when it was cutting I could hear all of a sudden the blade started slowing down. Jumped across the room and shut it off quick, and the movable end of the sheave went racing across the garage floor. There was no harm done, but it was good for a minor bit of panic.

yep- mine as a key way slot but like to fine tune the adjustableness of it just a tiche beyond the slot...mostly
so its loosen but it hasn't spun off yet
