I did set up an auction site for selling rocks - Lapidary Rock Auction. Stop by, join, and list something related to rocks. No fees until Jan 1. Lee #1

OK, just bumping this up. I've been killing time building a deck, a dog run off the deck, and setting up a booth at a weekly craft show. I have a few things posted for sale on laprockauction.com and will post more. I need YOU to make this work - join up, post some auctions, link the auctions to groups you belong to, spread the word! For instance - Charoite slab auction

I would kind of like to see what the fees are going to be before I spend a bunch of time setting up a store. Jim

I would kind of like to see what the fees are going to be before I spend a bunch of time setting up a store. Jim The final value fees will be - Due to PayPal fees, the minimum flat fee will be $1.00 for auctions ending at .01 to 9.99 10-49.99 - 8% 50-499.99 - 4% 500 up - 3% There will be no fee for listing a standard auction with four pics, no featured, no bold, no highlight. There will be a 50ยข each fee for featured, highlight, bold, each photo over 4 A $2 fee will be assessed for a video upload - limit 2 MB No fee for Buy Out, Make offer, Reserved Price, Additional Category $2 fee for Item Swap The store fees will be: Free store - up to 50 items - Free Basic - up to 100 items $5 each month (I have the basic store set to free now - it will change Jan. 1) Medium - up to 250 items - $25/month Advanced - up to 500 items - $35/month Expert - up to 1000 items - $50/month Platinum - up to 2000 items - $75/month I think that covers it. Everyone that signed up so far I marked as a verified seller - that means that you will be billed monthly for your activities, if any. New sign-ons will have to get verified - info in your welcome email. Any fees incurred while unverified are billed live. I am trying to make this site as inexpensive as possible, as easy to use as possible while covering my server rent, my IT guy's occasional fees, and make enough to cover, at least, my time. Any suggestions welcome. Lee #1

Thanks! I'm going to add a couple more things today. The fastest way to get it to grow is for members to list and share the listings with their friends and groups that allow sales.
