Looking for a 10 inch used slab saw reasonably priced and working if your looking to get rid of one. It would need to be shipped to Canada. The cost to ship it across the border and extra duty-broker fees would be also taken in to account. Drop me a message and we can talk more. Thanks.

What kind of saw are you looking for? I have several 10" saws but need to know what kind you are wanting.

Tony Water would be best, due to taking it in every year and using it indoors during the cold season. I have some old pulleys, belts, motors, pumps laying around from a old home made arm and hand remover that I just wont use anymore for spare parts if needed.

Hey if you don't mind me coming in here and requesting too. Not sure of the different types really but I could swing with an oil based slab saw.

Go ahead and if I find one i'll take my name off here. I have a water based trim saw and I'll tell you this: I'd def prefer an oil based. I hate the smell and the oil on my skin, but the ones I've used seem to work much better. It may just be my saw too. There's a guy in Ga that's selling a 12" slab saw on CL for $500.

"BUMP" I am still on the lookout for a 10 inch used slab saw reasonably priced and working if your looking to get rid of one. Vice or any extras on it would be appreciated, motor or not. It would need to be shipped to Canada. The cost to ship across the border and extra duty-broker fees would be also taken into account. Tough to find someone willing to ship something that size across. Please, drop me a message, we can talk more. Thanks.

I take it back on the oil. I had a Covington Gold blade and it sucked. I prefer water any day over oil on a trim saw.

I'm sure Roy and Tony have some..... Nothing ever shows up on my end. His rough materials do, but no saws? Not having the best day, watched the neighbors brother run into my truck tonight and dent in the bumper. 250 to replace the chrome and have to look into shop time now. I just dont have the time to rip it apart right now, otherwise I would do it myself. We'll see what's best after i sleep over it. Thanks.

My baby is 15 years old and in "excellent shape" getting up in miles, but I keep everything up to par mechanically. Made me cringe to see that happen.

Yes you are correct, but last September I was basing my opinion on my crappy blade and the better blades with oil at my local club. I cannot stand any oil on my skin (I'm very sensitive to it). The Covington sales people all say "what? The Gold sucks? But it's our best seller. We even use it in our shop." And I'm thinking yeah it's your best seller to all the newbies because nobody else buys your blades. Ha ha

LOL. The Covington gold blade that came with my 16" saw lasted thru about 6 rocks. It now hangs on my garage wall in almost new condition, replaced with a 303S blade. The new 303S cuts like butter.

I have a guy coming from Canada to pick up a saw in May, maybe he can bring one back for you? Not sure if shipping within Canada would be a lot cheaper?

Tony I do know the bus service for package delivery is cheaper in Canada,as long as it stays in Canada on their routes... I use to buy Caribou and Moose antlers that way, than drive up there and pick them up..

Tony Hope that this may be a possiblity for you to get a saw, spiritstone. You have a lot of material that needs to be cut! Not having the best day, watched the neighbors brother run into my truck tonight and dent in the bumper. 250 to replace the chrome and have to look into shop time now. I just dont have the time to rip it apart right now, otherwise I would do it myself. We'll see what's best after i sleep over it. Thanks. Dang, spiritstone, sure hate to hear that about your truck. Is your neighbors brother going to pay for the damage to your bumper?

Tony For sure, please keep me in mind, another month or two went make any difference after waiting all winter. Spring-summer is right around that time before I could use it. If anything by chance changes on my end before I hear from you Tony, like as in finding one, which i dought, I'll keep you posted. Thanks.
