I have a huge advantage over captbob, a grit floor. The sludge has filled in between the gravel and is spooned up to tumble glass and metals. Have dumped four 5 gallon buckets of used 30/60 on to the floor in 3 years. It is handy and close by. The tall Thalia Geniculata to the left readily seeds out in the sludge as it has great water holding capabilities. Will gladly trade grit floor for dog swimming pool captbob.....

How close can you get to the house before having to change shoes? There is a 220VAC 5HP pressure washer on the side of the barn next to the house w/40 degree spray tip that the Mrs. has me use before entering the living quarters.
