It was a great deal! My grandson and I opened the box earlier this evening. He likes to help sort (also call dibs) all the unusual rocks. He has seen me wet a finger with spit to get a better look at rocks. He didn't realize I always use a different finger. His expression was worth the cost of the rocks. Ten minutes of spitting and drinking milk and juice to get rid of the oil taste! Another lesson on the way to being a rockhound. Thank you Dan for the great rocks. Now I just have to find time to get them worked.

Sorry about the oil taste, sound like I not clean good enough. Only put them in cat litter and water....
