I work somewhere between where she lives and the Covington factory. I know I'm about 30 minutes from the factory (I've driven there myself), and at least that far from the city she lives in.

I've bought from her on a few occasions, and she's always been willing to go out of her way and deliver the items I purchased directly to me at my work, without charging shipping.

I guess what I'm trying to say with that anecdote is that she is very customer focused, and all of my interactions with her have been positive.
