hi all,
I am looking to purchase a diamond hole saw that will give me a 20mm slug have tried 22mm 23mm 24mm 25mm and none of these leave me with a 20mm slug. I know that the sizes are for the hole itself, but I need the removed material to be 20 - to 21mm so I can make 20mm cabs. any help would be appreciated joejan

Try avanta tools on ebay. I use them. They are good.
Keep in mind your request may not be doable. The drills are calibrated for the hole size, not the plug size. What diameter was your plugs from 22 & 23mm? I aske because I have a project that required 25mm plugs! But in my case 26mm would be OK.

hi shotgunner,
when I used the 25mm it was 3mm too large the plugs from the 22 and 23mm oddly were 18mm, I know it is a problem to get exactly 20mm plugs, but even if they were 21mm that would not be so bad, I am just trying to save grinding time. thanks for the come back joejan

I purchased a 1" diamond core bit off Amazon this summer, pretty blocky diamond- the plug is EXACTLY 20mm. Price was $33.80 + 5.23 shipping. SKU:00VBDCB100 Order Item ID: 0716NFKO27L Good Luck!
