Howdy folks,
The pebblepups dropped of another small pile of Rio grande material for me to sell for them. They told me their folks are going to (hopefully soon!) set up a Pay Pal account for them too to make payment easier. Got enough big stuff for at least one more box and enough small for another box or two of tumble material. This is typical Rio material, mainly moss agate nodules in various colors. I usually do 20+ pound medium fat raters but can probably do smaller amounts. PM me if you're interested....Mel
PS. I recently found a single incredible full skin Rio nodule and the kids found one that is also really exceptional looking and complete. Watch for some pics as I think I may sell the two as a lot for the kids. For the agate collector, these look to be those showcase type specimens we all look for.

*LOL* Really busy right now getting out some sold stuff and getting ready for three rides this coming weekend. Rios are actually hard to photograph as most just look like river rounded cobbles till you get inside them. Really takes time even to sort a pile of them.
Snowmom: I know you like breccia, like one of our other members. Been throwing all the weird stuff, breccia etc into a separate pile and will try to post some pics soon. Right now I'm having a heck of a time getting the pup's parents going on setting them up a Pay Pal account for ease of payment too......Mel

Got my box today. Dang that's gonna be some pretty stuff when it's cut. All kinds of moss, and bunches of different colors. You've taught those pebble pups well Mel.
Sure glad you taped the box up real good. It looked like the P.O. folks were playing soccer with it in the back lot, but all of that tape held everything in. Only one small chip off of one rock.
Gonna have to wait a while before I can start slabbing. It was 12 degrees above in the garage this morning. Only reached the mid 30's this afternoon. Too danged cold to be out there tending the saw.
Mel, tell those kids that if they keep finding nice stuff like this, they'll be able to make a pile of money.

Don, Glad it got to you OK. I had one box come to my house that was not even close to rectangular any more. Tape held but man that sucker was shaped like a big ole potato they had bounced it around so much *L*

Mel, tell the kids that after a few other folks have a chance to get some of their rocks, I'll probably order another box.
I'll wet these down tomorrow and post some pics.

My box looks spectacular. I have a friend makes agate marbles. The REAL agate! I am going to core drill for marble size some of the smaller pieces and trade cores for finished marbles.
Mel, if you find any bigger than I already have, I'll take that too.

Scott, Those I sent you are pretty good sized but I'll keep my eyes open for a whopper for ya if one comes in.
