Economy bad, had to sell the last private jet MrP, so sorry. Dad out of Pennsylvania. He was mostly of German background though. |

Nice video James..I've been know to stalk one buck for the whole season,than tag him the last day........ About the only way you can see a big buck around here during day hours is to set an alarm clock for first light and stick it in his bedding area and hope he comes out toward you. The only other time is if he is chasing a half a dozen does during the rut at 20 MPH. Wily rascals. Are they about totally nocturnal out that way ? They will bed with the wind upstream and thick black berry brambles in all other directions. Smart animals. |

Well it's 4:30 AM here and I'm headed out to do just that James..Sit on a hill looking at a game trail,hoping I spot the buck coming back to bed down after he got his belly full...............
The Blacktail deer here have a nickname...They are called "The Ghost"....

From what I know I am not sure. Was curious so I put the name into a name nationality lookup and it says it is Welsh. I do know I am German. My understanding is that when my Great Great Great Grandfather came to this country he changed his last name to Price. Not sure why and do not know what his name was before he changed it............MrP

Schneider obvious, but Price threw me. They were from a part of Pennsylvania that was heavily Germanic, Erie. I supposed that I was German, always building crazy machines, ha. |
