As mentioned in a previous post of mine, my house is currently in complete disarray. Havent done much lapidary (tumbler is still going, and going, and going lol) so in trying to stay part of this great community I'll share what ive been up to.
Hubby and my bedroom is now upstairs freeing up the diningroom soon to be kids room. Kitchen is part craft area, traditional kitchen space and pantry. So ive been trying to give everything its own home. I moved my clothes out of the diningroom closet planning to move my kids closet in there and decided to add a lower rung so each kid has his own half of the closet. I let them pick colors to personalize the space and one day next week will add a decal to the back wall. I was just going to put their names but the oldest kid picked spidermans color scheme so im running with that. Youngest kid picked aquamans colors... so hes getting a ninja turle, because just no @ auquaman lol.
I need to borrow the projector from my brother in law to finish this closet so in the meantime i started cleaning up the kitchen and realized i needed a space for dry food etc storage. Had hubby take all his coats and camping gear out of the hall closet and bring them down into the walk in closet thing in the basement and took a trip to home depot. Shelves arent finished being painted yet but not bad for a days work. Slowly things are coming together even if at times im feeling a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work that I'd like to see done. Setting priorities is crucial, getting our bedroom out of the diningroom was top priority. Ill finish re organizing the kitchen and pantry over the next week and hopefully get started swapping the boys bedroom and diningroom.

New pantry space, now painted ultra bright white for a clean fresh look. Theres an aditional shelf near the top not in this pic, it was a last minute decision since i had enough wood

i posted it to my facebook and one of my friends mom offered me a job to paint her other 2 daughters names on a wall in the home they will be closing on in december. Super excited about it... but now i need to figure out how to add to the type of goods im permited to sell and add services to my tax permit... for something my state doesnt even require me to tax? Still looking into legalities >_> whatever....doing it should open up a few more oportunites for me to commission some work
