Howdy folks,
Maddy, Parker and their pop just came over this afternoon with about another 70 pounds of Rio Grande nodules. Good looking stuff. Parker is really getting the eye and we all got to spend a delightful hour or two squirting and looking at agates. Though Maddy, the youngest found my end cut pile and was distracted with treasure hunting in that stuff. Then I broke open a couple of geodes for the kids. Will wash the agate off tomorrow and maybe post some pics. Couple of them are really wild looking and one is of a type I've never seen before. First piece of palm was in this batch too, also unlike any I've ever found. Lot of nice tumble stuff too. As Joey on Friends would say, "More fun than a sack full of monkeys!".
Sorry Scott, no giant sphere sized agate yet but I've got them looking. *W*...Mel
