I recently picked up an old Pixie machine and I outfitted it as my polishing station. It is in pretty good shape, though missing the pan for the bubbler. Right now I am using an old baking pan as my water reservoir. I am not really a fan of bubblers. I prefer more water on the wheels than they typically provide and I dislike having to move the bubbler and clean out the water as I work through the wheels.
I have been debating drilling through the top to add tubing & valves over each wheel, or; building a box and drain for up-sprayers.
Has anyone modified a Pixie to improve the delivery of clean water to the wheels?
Thanks!
Roger
