VERY nice work! Why the extra ring on the back of the coral pendant? connrock I have found it easier when soldering the ring for the bail to make a figure "8" from one piece of wire. In this case I did in fact do that but I got over zealous in the polishing stage and distorted the bail ring. I removed the bail ring leaving only the lower "8" ring and soldered on a new top bail ring. If I had not been pushed for time I should have removed the lower ring too and started over again. Hindsight 20/20. Anyway it's on it's way to a new home!!!!!!!!!! 39don

All of them are very nice!! The coral is a very sexy shape and color. Do you mind if I ask a technical question? My fav is the Fordite. Did you glue it to the center of a 22g detailed bezel? I love the look!

I love the look! Yes I did Tela, reason being I'm afraid of using a standard bezel. I would break the Fordite because of the pressure required setting the bezel. I purchased a pound of Fordite a few years back, I wished I had purchased more so I don't want to loose any cabs due to mounting problems. I generally cab the Fordite and come up with a epoxy type mounting for it. Currently I have been using mostly scrap in the mountings which is a big plus too. Yesterday I finished another pendant which had so much fire scale I had to finish the mounting with a brushed oxidized finish to have it looking ok,(I'll post a photo later today). This Fordite is hard but very brittle. Thanks to all for the kudos on my pendants............... 39don
