Haven't had to buy in quite awhile (because I bought in bulk) but when I did, it was from Kingsley North.
I have no idea if this is still the go to supplier, but I wouldn't have bought there when I did if it hadn't been the best deal and I looked around A LOT.
Maybe someone will chime in with some information more current.

I treat Kingsley North like I treat Costco. There may be someplace cheaper but if you have to buy blind, you probably can count on a competitive price on reasonable merchandise. When I started this game I presumed I was going to go through expand belts rapidly, but used judiciously they last a long time. In fact some of the used ones are my favorites, because I can tell just how aggressive they are going to be when I jump from the hard diamond 100 to a softer slightly worn 100 belt etc. etc. etc. Tom

The 3 M diamond belts are the go at Rio Grande. I've bought SiC belts from IJS so you should comparative shop as suggested. BTW IJS = Indian Jewelry Supply, also ABQ, NM.

Anyone buy from Rio Grande? Rio is a great company and I have made many purchases through them. Mainly findings and silver.

A customer of mine (buys all his diamond belts and blades from me) told me Arrowhead had best prices for SC belts. He is a pro cutter and goes through supplies.

Looks like if you want to buy 50 plus at a time Kingsley is better, but I notice Arrowhead sells 800 grit belts.

I have not seen any 3000 grit SC belts I think you have to go Diamond for any thing over 800 grit.

Covington added 1000 grit last year. Previously their finest was 800.
