I like the strange green Rio. That section of the Rio has some green agates orrum. A Mexican/American man saw me collecting on the road and sent me to collect on his ranch. I chipped up a bunch of red and green agates and put them in a vase full of water and gave it to him to represent the Mexican flag and/or the upcoming Christmas. I do mean red and green. They looked cool in that water filled vase.

Cross tubes and oyster - oh my....visual experience all the way around. Nice. Cheers I need to pressure wash the polish packed in the holes from the tubes. That rock was a grit magnet the whole tumble. Never did clean it out. Seemed like it never polluted the tumble though. I can not find a single hole/pock/pit in your rhyolite. The most solid stuff. Love everything about that wonderstone.

Super photos and great job on the tumble. I think I have a slice of the blue tube coral I need to see how it cabs.

Super photos and great job on the tumble. I think I have a slice of the blue tube coral I need to see how it cabs. Chuck I am thinking it will be out of the box. It either has air pockets, or hard material. There is no soft boundary to deal with. Those air pockets are lined with tiny drusy crystals. They are packed with AO polishing compounds it that photo. And need a good high pressure washing. This rare yellow one was sawn and is wet, no AO packed in the holes, but you can see drusy crystals if every cavity. Same with the blue tube. Deeper into the center the coral head corallite air pockets are more filled and the hex pattern not as prevalent, using glare
