Curious one. A hardness test would help to know if it is quartz/feldspar hard, calcite/fluorite soft, or somewhere in the middle like apatite. Appears to break (cleave) like feldspar.

It's a 7ish for hardness, I have a hardness tool kit and the 7 tool won't scratch it but the 8 will. I sawed it with my 10" and you can see how fractured it is, it's a mess not sure I'll be able to make anything with it.

The green color might be from chlorite.

until I saw the last image I was on the amazonite page. The last image may be overexposed? There is nothing black in the pic.
Can we see an image looking at the point of the big one?

I was hoping to count the facets on the point plus see the angles...
Amazonite has grades. Not all are same quality.

it's a hexagon shape, the facets are kinda rough it wasn't a perfect crystal. Here's a view looking down on the point:

hmm maybe but I think it's too hard (7), and it doesn't floresce and it's not found over there where I was... Here's the area and what's usually found over there: www.mindat.org/loc-8251.html
