Wheel to the left is an 80grit (brand new) and the one to the right is supposedly a 120(used of course). I was reading on some site and it was talking about dressing a diamond wheel with a diamond stick. I have a stick, but is the 120 gone or can I get some more life from it? I know about dressing a stone wheel, but I didn't think you could dress a diamond wheel.?

Greetings [broseph82] Single layer diamond hard wheels can not be dressed, however they can be used as a medium (220) for a while then used as a fine (400), Sintered 3-5mm of diamond hard wheels can be dressed, but it rips off a layer or two of diamond depending how deep the wheel is gouged. As long as it cuts you can use it. If it seems to be glazed over try removing and reversing wheel. That sometimes helps. A 220 dressing stick held flat against the wheel with plenty of water would not hurt the wheel. When all the diamond is gone you should see shiny metal.

Looking at picture again the wheel appears to be OK to me. The new wheel will need breaking in by cutting a few agates. It will tame down a little after that. New plated wheels are really aggressive.
