I found these rocks a few years ago and thought ya'll might like to see them. I was told they are amygdules (sp) of chalcedony in pudding stone matrix at a Cody Wyoming rock show. This rock was found when I first started hounding and I did not realize what I had until I was fooling around with a flashlight and some rocks. Very common knowledge that light will pass through some rocks but when I put a light on the bottom of this rock I about fell over. The inside lit up like a show room with a botryoidal wall structure. The only thing that I have done to it is polish the face a little. I think it is clear quartz in some kind of matrix. A red laser light is the best for lighting it up but I do not know what happened to those photos. I bought a color wheel light to sit it on and my grand son has brought all of his friends over to see it. It will be his some day but now he looses everything I give him so that needs to happen down the road a ways. Jim

Those are very nice rocks, @wampidy. Cool boiled eggs - do they have quartz druzy in the centers of them? The last one is gorgeous!
