Serious, you need to find a good home for that stuff one day. I wish i was Joe Dirt, remember his girlfriend.

Thanks for posting some pics of your killer dino bone specimens that are being shown at the Agate Expo, bhiatt. What are the spiky inclusions in dino bone in your second photo? Sagenite? It's awesome whatever it is called. I agree, I would reconsider living like Joe Dirt in the basement and having a job working with all kinds of neat fossils and stuff. Have you thought about seeing if you could give presentations at schools so the kids could enjoy them? Will check out Mike's website and thanks for posting a link to it.

The second pic on this page is amazing! How did you polish all those wood specimens? Vibe lap?

Im shure it is out there but it is very uncommon in dino bone. The color is very uncommon also.

I vote you National Gem Bone-man. Great specimens for educational/specimen display site. Call in the Pro photographers and let them get some fine photos. Maybe the Smithsonian has or needs a display of such. Dang dino bones have taken over my life. Have loved them since a kid. I would enjoy showing them off for educational purposes and use live macro demonstration on them, not just still photos. Smithsonian now that would be killer. There is a guy on facebook, Mike Fleeman, that just got his paperwork all lined out to help fund a new state of the art museum in Phoenix Arizona. A big one not just some little roadside attraction museum. Some of you may of seen him on facebook. He is great guy and passionate. He will have a great dinosaur display between all of his friends that are collectors. I sold him all my museum quality petrified wood and he will be using it and actually does presentations with them. He literally has over 10,000 specimens including bones, artifacts, minerals you name it. here is Mike at a recent public presentation. I would say just about half of what is shown on that table came from me. All highly polished no flaws. here is his website. He has great video if you click on the video link. He agreed to give me job and I would live in the boiler room like Joe Dirt lgffoundation.com/brilliant idea, how to have your fossil collection, immerse yourself in it and get paid to do it!

beautiful specimens. your passion shows in the wonderful pieces you share with us. I love these posts! can't wait for that museum to open, that would be worth the pain of the travel to get there.
