my allergies have been bad the last week and sinuses been flared. Haven't done anything. Today I feel better but split my workout pants in the back. Luckily I had something on underneath. Ha. Here's the end cut from this morning: From Patty Q. 2nd cut was a bust. I broke it up in smaller pieces and threw it in be yard. Here's the third cut: And flipped over: The rest of the rock:

That's some pretty neat material! does it have a name? Thanks for sharing! It's got some silica and that's about all I know. Undercuts in some spots. Wish it was totally solid though

Seems like there's a lot of great stuff in Georgia from what i gather from your posts! I lived in Marietta for two years and regrettably never did any rockhounding.
