I need some play money to buy some stuff I need want so I am selling my end cuts and finishing out the box with some other good sheit. Added a couple of surprise slabs and have just a tiny bit of room to add one more surprise that I don't even know what it is yet.
This is a very large assortment of stones and the largest group is Wyoming nephrite and a couple of Wyoming nephrite wannabeesite.
The Wyoming nephrite, Wyoming nephrite/feldspar and a couple of wannabeesite
Closer upses
A polished end cut of Wyoming nephrite and feldspar mix. This is just a test polish to 3000.
Pudding stone.
Dino bone. Should have wet this but it is middle of the road stuff but solid.
Glaucophane (blue G) should be big enough to get three cabs. Good blue in this piece.
Stromatolite Some good and some not.
Green and clear. At first I thought it was a nephrite mix but now I THINK it is quartz and (damn) can't remember epidot or peridot BUT it could be neither. I call it awesomeite. Love this stuff.
California thulite.
Agate and jasper/agate. Some moss.
Limb cast. Really weird because when the center is wet it turns real black.
Assorted cool stuff.
Jasper.
The box wasn't full so I started picking out different stones to fill the box.
Top - clear montana (some day rock that I was going to cut thin to check for iris effect) and james coral
Bottom - 2 hematite/jasper and a solid hunk of pet wood.
Moss agate and jasper.
The box still wasn't full so I grabbed my jug with the pieces I was going to tumble some day. (I do not tumble now) 3 of the pieces are Brenda AZ agate/jasper that can be cabbed. some small pieces of Spanish Point dendritic agate and on the far right center there is a piece of Turkish purple jade. The rest is a mix of ??
The box with the surprise slabs and Brenda agate/jasper wrapped so it doesn't get broken.
I was going to do this in four small boxes at 15 dollars plus postage. This would amount to five small boxes but I am going to stick to the 60 dollars plus 13 dollars postage. (dollar sign not working) Total of 73 dollars.
