Since we moved to Oregon,I have been blessed with the rockhounding hobby..........
Meeting new hounding friends and collection rock,fossils and minerals..........
I would like to pay it forward with a nice box of goodies..
A mixture of everything,Some need cut,cabbed and or slabbed..............
Not saying what's in the box-but you will like it...
Ok,rules,anybody with under 500 posts can guess....
Question for the contest:
"What state did I live in before I moved to Oregon"................
Only two guesses per person......So do your homework....

Nice idea Fossilman. Encourage new members to catch up on old posts and kick start their new found obsession with rocks. Hopefully fantastic5 didn't get "busted" at work. If she did, those rocks might come in handy.

Thanks so much fossilman! PM sent. 150FromFundy - I am a supervisor in my hospital lab and I do always try to set the best example. So I only look at the rock board during breaks. I had gotten interrupted during lunch and left the window open, so later in the day when I noticed, I couldn't help myself and scaned the recent posts before I closed the window. That's how I got hooked and was trying the 'google site search' while doing some database maintenance (a hurry and wait activity) So looking at the old posts I was frustrated that I couldn't spend more time, but I did bookmark several to go back to when I have the chance. |

Over complicatin' things you were using Google. Click on a member's name and it brings up their profile page. In the profile it has a link to the member's individual posts or threads. Usually many pages of each. By going back to fossilman's early threads, I found the answer in less than 3 minutes. Lots of good stuff in old threads! |

You know I tried that first captbob, but was looking for his 'new to the form' post, but the Member page didn't go back that far. So that's when I complicated things. But hey, I got several bookmarks from old threads to go back through some time  |
