Hard to say what kind of bone it is, precisely. Could be a neural canal, blood vessel..., but whatever it is, it is beautiful. Nice acquisition.

love those precise scientific terms! My guess is you don't guess wrong about these things too often. that is fascinating. Love that its sort of flesh colored, too.

Very cool and unusual specimen, bhiatt. Haven't ever seen a pic of dino neural canal thingie. Are you planning on having anyone give it a proper id?
