Might not be rocks but hey they are cabochons. There are a whole lot of rocks that I really enjoying cabbing but this stuff might be the most fun I have at the genie. Not sure if the pictures do them justice but in person #2 steals the show. #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 And they were all grooved before they were cabbed. Should get wrapped tommorow Thanks for looking Chuck

amazing. cool that its so tight you can groove them. Interesting material... I like the last one best. These would be great for 1dave's hypnotism experiments.

Really sweet cabs. I am going to have to get some some day The high quality stuff is great to work with but be careful there is some real junk material on ebay that has layers that seem to seperate. I try to get mine at local metro Detroit rock shows so I can see it in person plus being local it is more likely to be the real thing. Chuck

I'm not a fan of manmade materials, but that stuff is super cool. I just love the patterns.

Beautiful work. Numbers 1 and 2 are both breath-taking.
Is anyone still selling the rough that doesn't think they are selling diamonds? Every time I see it, the price is outrageous.

Beautiful work. Numbers 1 and 2 are both breath-taking. Is anyone still selling the rough that doesn't think they are selling diamonds? Every time I see it, the price is outrageous. you get what you pay for with this stuff and the going rate for the good stuff is a buck a gram. If your careful and are sure the piece is usable for cabbing then you can still make money at that price. I bought this piece from an honest seller that called it out as layered epoxy and specifically said it was not genuine fordite. I paid much less for the rough but I am guessing 60 percent of the lot I got is not cab worthy. This one cab will pay for the 20 pieces in the bag though. Chuck
