Howdy folks, Went to the shooting range yesterday AM but I did have some time for a few cuts in the afternoon. These are the cuts.....Mel This one looked like crazy lace on the exterior with all kinds of squigglys. Inside it was really strange. Slabs as big as my ten inch saw would handle so I only cut off two and left the rest of the agate. Maybe this is some kind of shrinkwood but I really don't know. Very odd but kind of pretty. This one I got four slabs from. Definitely some kind of monocot wood and looked like wood on the exterior. Most likely some kind of pocket rot palm wood or root or maybe even cycad.
