From a trip last year in the spring. No collecting, since we were on a weekend jaunt, in a National Park and on a Native American Reservation. As far as I know, we weren't near the copper mineral collecting areas. you captured some great canyons scenes
its a part of the state I'm not familiar with
Seligman & those canyons on route 66

Beautiful scenery pics, stephan. Did you see any of the ant hill mounds where the chrome pyrope is 'mined' by the ants? |

Arizona is like no place else. Completely overwhelming to a flatlander. Seems so exotic. So beautiful.
