It's been a while since I posted a wrap, heck it's been a while since I did a wrap. This is my latest wrap. I collected and cabbed the material last year on rockhobbit's equipment. I know, it's taken a while to wrap it but better late than never right? Arizona moss/plume agate in Gold-filled wire (I also made the chain but it's hard to see)(pardon the crappy pic but my camera is acting funny and I had trouble getting any pics). This view shows the chain I made a little more. Here's a better view of the wrap: and a bad picture of a necklace I made. I recently started trying to do chains and had this wrap (I've posted it before). I bought some Willow Creek Jasper beads in Quartzsite so decided to add a necklace to the wrap. It doesn't come out well in the picture but the beads are matched to the colors in the cab even though they kinda look like they are all white in the pic. The links are all individually made using square sterling silver wire.

Try putting it on a dark background and retaking the pics. I think your white balance is all messed up.

beautiful. The gold sets that off beautifully. Necklace and pendant are lovely- don't think I'd have the 'sit still' in me to make chain!

Tried all sorts of different backgrounds Mark, it's the camera but thanks for suggestion. Fossilman, go for it, bet you'd be good at it. Snowmom, it's actually easier than you'd think. A lot of repetition but you can do it in spurts rather than making it all at once. I have been doing links when I sit watching TV with my mom or just when I'm in the mood. It takes longer to make one that way but it works.

Really nice and I too love the chain! The bead-necklace as well! I admire you for doing necklaces and chains, I'm not sure I'd be able to do them (maybe because I don't know how).. You mentioned the beads were Willow Creek Jasper - is the cab the same jasper? I like it and despite the coloring of the picture, I can tell the cab matched the necklace. Really pretty!

Thank you all. Kathy, you can always learn how to do them. This was my first using my handmade chain links. Yes, the cab is also Willow Creek Jasper. I wrapped it last year. The cab was given to me by an RTH member, talkingstones.
