I bought a well used Lyman 10" Slab / Trim saw with a powerfeed to replace my Rock Rascal and to slab some of my smaller material. I finished refurbishing it this week and made my first cuts with it. I had a smallish Turkish stick agate nodule and used it for my first set on the saw. Slab 1 Slab 2 Slab 3 Slab 4 I was pretty happy with both the saw and the slabs

looks like it did a great job on a real nice piece of agate. I predict we see many more good ones from you before long! Keep them coming!

Whoa! I have never heard of this type of agate but it is spectacular! Good job on the saw.

Your refurbished, now new saw, did a fine job cutting your Turkish agate, Roger. Love the sagenite in 'em.
