Thought I would never share a photo in this section..LOL I have a buddy that I cut rocks for-in return,he does favors for me too... I had him wrap my Holly Blue agate for me....I wanted it left raw and I think he nailed it...   |

No,I have a rock buddy that lives in the Valley here in Oregon,his name is James...Just started wrapping last fall.. We call him the "Hammer".....LOL |

It's very cool that your friend wrapped a rough stone - I can tell you from experience (if a month and a half is even enough experience) that wrapping rough stones is hard! The second one especially is very curvy. Good job on them.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I enjoy doing the wraps from the mining of the stones all the way through the final piece. Fossilman was nice enough to let me cut this stone into 2 pieces and wrap them with whatever color I wanted to. He did ask for a very primal wrap as to not distract from the beauty of the Holly Blue, and I have to agree with him.
