So I was at the local skate park watching my kids and since my daughter is too young to leave her on her own, I just sat in the car. No problem, I brought my wrap kit. It has all of my supplies. In deciding what to wrap, I saw this long piece of cabbed Labradorite I had wrapped a while ago.
Here is my new design. I never really liked the shape of the cab, it resembled a finger, so I frilled it up and gave it some curves to make the shape a bit different. A few flaws: one bail wire is higher and I just couldn't get it to mold into shape. So be it. Then the binding near the bail. I forgot to fix it. The short wire near bail I forgot to tuck in. Anyway...

Couldn't decide which picture was better (but both from a cellphone) so another:
The old design was in parawire and was just too plain. And I didn't' like the flat part being at the top, good lord..here it is:
